Present condition is like running the company with the lights already turned off. Not showing a bright future to employees or the customers. Upper management tend to forget there are employees that do care and want the lights to remain on. There is a lack of communication of how the employees can make a difference- no values, goals, lasting mission statement to hold on to. Upgrades are behind the scene and not at customer touch points.
