All most all reviewers are says like no cons but the fact its not true.
Because the office management only give their content to post here using junior and new employees.
All peoples are saying they providing free AWS certification yes its free but with mutual agreement
that once the employee passed the certification they have to survive the company at least of 18 months.
On the period of 18 months they will force to write another exam, so the agreement time will get increase.
Incase the employee want resign the job , they have to pay to the company for the certification and if you guys want to relieve
before 2 years also you have to pay and should survive two months notice period.
2 years bound is must here.
Another issue is like here, the management is not at all good to take decision.
And they are saying like open door to give suggestion, it will never consider they will push to people to console their mind set.
The certified peoples really dont know the AWS services, they are having bunch of question answers samples and prepared that only.
They are forcing to pass the exam but practical experience they dont have and the peoples are not techincally strong.
They are telling like we are technical boss and not at all. Even they are not follow any coding standards and analysation for new employees
certainly they will take decision and fired up the employees.
The management will insult the senior people in front of juniors like childish.
I advice the new people before going to this company think about this.
Whether if you looking money ,then you can go.
If it really techincal skills and job satisfaction and self respect please dont go.
