Management is not over bearing on production workers

Not much room for advancement.

Seems stable environment, since they are busy.

No clear policy, bad management. After working there for almost five months, still do not know when I will be offered a full time position. Not to say raise, or benefit. Most other companies will help transfer to full time after three months. Because of this, I can not tell my child's doctor when I will be able to cover the orthodontics. I cannot schedule vacation.
