Coercive team leader, poor onboarding (no SOP, no mentors). The team leader scolded me often (a fresh graduate with no experience). He set really high expectations and threatened to fire me if I don't do well. Extremely stressed at that time (2017), but I have moved on to better firms that treated me humanely
