There’s one token “ethnic” person in every other team. No head of department or board member is an ethnic woman.
Board members are all old white men with “traditional” misogynistic views
Racist comments fly as jokes at staff parties over drinks but who would you complain to???
Ethnic people may find it uneasy to begin with but would need to find a way that works for them and make good allies in order to have a great working life
