A company with a good external recommendation- but never judge a book by its cover - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Knight Frank

I worked on the operations team and quite frankly it is disgusting the way the operations manager, who has recently been promoted to a partner, treats her staff. She speaks openly about being a mental health champion, yet she does nothing but belittle her staff, play mind games and make them feel useless. I left this company after two years of working there, and had to go through months of therapy to rebuild my confidence after the way I was treated. Salaries are also extremely low. I would not recommend working in this department at all. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Large companies like this tend to get away with this disgusting behaviour but I am now glad to say that it is most definitely not the norm, and I am treated unbelievably well I my current role which I love!
