The job on the gaming floor was new, different and challenged me. I love math, so doing that and tying in games was fun. If you are willing to learn and open to receiving feedback, then apply! Hearing how we are doing and how we can improve is essential for me to grow as a person, so I liked that this company gives space for that.

Job on the floor can be repetitive, but if you continuously learn and communicate your goals, opportunities will show up.

There’s always work to do. If you’re like me and don’t enjoy being idle, that can definitely be a positive. You have some really amazing people that you meet in between.

Leadership lacks direction and consistency, there’s little to no real accountability, just a pattern of deflection and blame-shifting. Good people often leave due to mismanagement & dysfunction ( & not the good kind).
