      Toni and other owners will fire you without any reason, and treat you like garbage after helping them with their slow bar with barely any customers in it.

      They weren’t picky about costume/ dress ups. No side work.

      Slow. No money to be made unless you bartend. Upper management was never present. Lots of situations where the girls were in physical harm.
