I have worked here since September 2017. I had a very good friend of mine start here a while back and she raved all the time how much she loved her job ( I thought nothing of it at the time) and was happy for her. Another one of my friends got a job here and suddenly couldn't stop talking about how much she loved it here. I then was interested in being part of a culture that you rarely ever get to be a part of. - Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly - No weekends/ major holidays are spent at work - Laid back dress code ( literally don't wear a suit ) you can FINALLY be comfy at work - Promotion from within is huge here ( so never stress about not growing with a company you love ) - Awesome monthly bonuses that make you realize this company appreciates you for you ( no matter what position or department you are in) - No door policy ( honestly though when have you ever seen this) ? When I give tours of the building you get to walk right past the CEO's desk. He is such a down to earth guy and loves every single employee here - Growth is huge and ongoing! They are growing so fast and we are a part of something very very big here Im honored to be a part of the HR team here at KnowBe4, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!

Out of about 100 AE's only 10 hit Quota, OTE is a joke there. It's possible to hit quota if you are lucky with your inbound leads, but if you want to hit quota every month you have to do something moreso out of the box. I was trained by hard closers and have a lot of expierence with cold calls so i came up with my own script and was getting a demo a day, and was doing a demo a day. The demos did lead to sales as well, so it wasn't a waste of time. I got fired because of a "lack of professionalism" I spoke off script all the time because speaking on script leads you in to the Kool-aid drinkers club, aka not hitting quota consistently. I was fired without warning, even though I was told I had an incredible work ethic and was exceeding the ramp-up numbers. I just didnt match their sales style, they are not looking for salespeople, they are looking for sales associates. They make you work 9-hour days, 1 hour mandatory lunch that has to be taken in the middle of the day. 9-6pm. Their handbook even says you are allowed to take this lunch at 5 pm to go home sooner, but the managers never let that happen. DO NOT BE CREATIVE AT THIS JOB, DRINK THE JUICE.
