I have never worked in a company where the CEO is so interested in your views and what you have to say about something. You feel you have a voice and your voice matters. It doesn't matter where you are on the org chart either. He likes to hear from his employees and regularly surveys them for feedback. He likes to keep things light and fun because he knows people produce better when they are happy. He gets into the game of problem solving as opposed to making it a serious affair. You always know where you stand, we work on continuous feedback up and down the management levels which keeps everyone on the same page. There is great open communication between executives without the politics making it easy to work together, challenge each other and come up with good solutions to problems.

It's hard for me to find cons since I really enjoy working here but I would say lately having everyone working from home has been a little bit of a con. We work hard to maintain the group comradery and engagement but it's just easier to do with everyone in the office. Also, it is more efficient to get things done with everyone in the office, with everyone living in Zoom it's harder to get coordination done.
