Sales teams getting beat up bad. Smoke & mirrors leading up to the extremely underwhelming comp changes earlier this year. With low quota attainment, there’s been little accountability and instead suffocating pressure on reps. Top reps started struggling when the new GTM strategy went live and the response was to hyper focus on administrative tasks, spreadsheets, micromanagement from SAEs. What, they just forgot how to sell?
A lot of reps looking for work elsewhere.. taking the first chance they can to get paid appropriately and work for another organization. Reps that would have made great directors. It’s unfortunate to see. KB4 was a vibe at one time.
