Great company. My manager was the best

Leadership struggled with what the product actually is.

Efficient execution: We move fast and get things done without unnecessary red tape or bureaucracy. Autonomy and trust: There’s a strong culture of trust. I’ve been empowered to manage my team in the way I see fit, without micromanagement. Remote-friendly culture: Employees are expected to be self-driven and are given the freedom to work independently — a great fit for high-performing remote workers. Intentional in-person connection: While remote, the company makes a real effort to bridge the gap with periodic in-person gatherings and a solid annual offsite. Equitable compensation: Pay feels fair and competitive, and benefits are solid considering our startup stage.

Remote collaboration challenges: Idea-sharing and spontaneous brainstorming can be tougher in a remote setup compared to an office environment. Cross-team connection: It's not always easy to connect with colleagues outside of your direct team, though offsites help with this.
