My experience at this organization was extremely disappointing and concerning, especially during the training period. There was no structured training, no clear KPIs, and no defined expectations communicated to trainees. No constructive feedback was provided on the tasks assigned, yet performance was evaluated abruptly and termination was communicated without transparency. The reporting Team Leader was frequently unavailable and did not provide proper guidance, mentoring, or professional support. More importantly, there was a serious lack of professionalism and sensitivity at the managerial level. Certain interactions with the Team Leader felt uncomfortable and lacked professional boundaries. Despite the organization providing POSH training formally, there did not appear to be a safe, supportive, or responsive environment to raise concerns or ensure psychological safety for employees. The overall approach toward trainees felt dismissive, unstructured, and lacking accountability. Being evaluated and terminated without proper training, feedback, or professional support reflects poorly on management practices.
