Great opportunity to contribute to a great company in a meaningful way. Everyone works well with one another and each department has a voice when selecting company direction/priorities.

A slight commute if you live in Boston but pretty flexible with working remotely when needed

(initially) some very bright people and a fun work environment. Everyone was juiced to be working for an exciting startup with an excited leader, even though the goals were always a little vague.

Imagine a shotgun marriage of video and Powerpoint and you have a basic understanding of the product. Perfect for the ADD sufferers in corporate America, but the lay user will wonder - do I look at the person talking? Or at the text information presented simultaneously? Or...? Add to this a founder who loves starting businesses but hates running them, a revolving door for upper management (being a friend or former colleague of the founder guaranteed big money and an impressive title, and six months until their total disillusionment) and a product being redesigned/relaunched every five minutes, and you get the picture... The founder is the Trump of small businesses - never admits a mistake, blames others, takes unearned credit for himself, and plays fast and loose with the truth, hoping no one will notice. (We did.) Needlessly creates/encourages a have/have not culture.
