Well equipped and provide all the requirements to the employees in all the ways. I read many reviews that are not true about this company. This organization make me to learn as much as we can. We had a better working environment and make us to feel this as our own place. All the time can't be same. Sometimes we may feel the pressure in working, this is all in the life of work. We should be well practiced in our specification. If we are well in our field than we won't feel the pressure. All are very friendly and social people. Mainly, I would like tell something about the CEO of the company. In my life time I never see such a CEO. How kind in nature. If any of the employee suffered from any issue then he itself come and solve the issues. There is a lot to say but due to time issue I am finishing here.

All the decision taken is not withstanding for more than a month.

Only pro is they pay you ontime.

They extract all your energy and make you feel worthless. No matter how hard you work, you wont be rewarded. If you sit all day and night then you are a sincere employee, doesnt matter you work or not. Uncivilized project managers. They hire people, train, make use of them and once project is completed they blame you for unnecessary reasons and fire them. Again same cycle. No career growth for employees joining here.
