I worked at Known in the Media Science department for 3.5 years, and my experience was very positive. While, as with any emerging independent agency, there were continuous growing pains, I had the privilege of working alongside exceptionally talented leaders who fostered a collaborative and productive environment. Throughout my time at Known, I witnessed significant growth both for the agency and for the Media Science teams, particularly within strategy, social, and search. These teams are filled with intelligent, passionate individuals who do excellent work and think outside the box, One of the standout aspects of the Media Science team was the opportunity for growth and impact, regardless of seniority level. Every team member is valued as a contributor and has the chance to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact within the company and day to day work. Another highlight of my time at Known was the work-life balance. This is the first agency I’ve worked at where work-life balance was respected and woven into the company culture, ensuring a healthy and sustainable working environment.
