The working environment doesn't have central AC and working with lots of servers combined with the heat can get exhausting. This is contract work so do not be surprised to be let go or find something better shortly after you are hired. I was evaluated every three months. No offer of a raise or lengthier contract. Lots of pressure and frustration in the workplace and many cultures combining and clashing.
