      This is a great balance of highlighting the positives, but sharing where you feel opportunities lie. Thank you for painting the picture of your experience which sounds like has been a long and successful one! Many of the Koch companies have work from home options today and with technology enabling a different world of work we will continue to evolve.       Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

      The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
