Highly disappointed - Recensione dipendente - Network Administration presso Koch

Middle and upper management preach the traditional MBM tactics and culture, but do not practice it themselves. There is no clear direction for employees. My political views are much the same as the Koch Brothers, but I do not feel my employer should force them on me. When you ask and encourage employees on ways to make the company better, utilize the ideas, and also reward the employee for the idea.
