I've enjoyed the opportunity to be a part of making something better and I like that. I really get to use my strengths which are my interpersonal skills, relationships abilities, and leadership.

It can be a tough place at times. There's a lot of pressure to contribute. As employees we are always being asked to think about things and take responsibility. If you like that then this is a great place to work.
