Excellent employees and good systems. Opportunities are reasonably good. Movement between the many Koch companies is possible, but best to know someone in the target company.

Wichita is the main hub for upward movement. System is built to maximize shareholder (Koch family) wealth. Nothing wrong with this, but management is stingy to a fault. Bonuses are rare and small when given. This year I hit my targets and my manager told me that I had done a very good job. He was very proud that I had gotten a 6% bonus. Woohoo!

Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
