Great talent and character.) - Competitive Pay (You will be rewarded if you demonstrate excellence in your job role.) - Good company value system (MBM/PBM) - how we interact with each other on a daily basis. -Strong market position/market leader/competitive products. -Very clear expectations for the role.

      Each division within the company doesn't quite apply PBM equally or as strongly. I can say that the current division I work for applies PBM very strongly to the team and as such, it shows in that division's performance. I have worked for two divisions at Koch.

      Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

      The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
