Kocolene cares about their employees. I've worked here for several years now, and feel that this company has a great open door policy. If you have questions or suggestions, it's easy to be heard. The team really does feel like a family and supports each other both professionally and personally. This is a company that wants to see its employees grow and succeed. It's also an employee-owned company, so team members literally own a piece of the company (after a vesting period).

This is a company that wants to grow, and requires a growth-mindset from its team members. If you aren't open to growth and change, this might not be the best place for you.

Steady income, room to grow, family based, communication throughout the company, employee owned, vacation/PTO, training program. The best part is that they listen to all their owners, each of us has the ability to have a great idea. As a Store manager the ability to try things new and reach out to the community to find ways to improve the operation of the store.

If customer service, low pay, but real easy and flexible hours, (part-time) if store manager, sole caretaker in most cases, have to be available in moments notice...but on their defense they explain this in the interview process
