Terrible onboarding process - Recensione dipendente - TCM Trial Class Manager presso Kodland

Very unprofessional recruitment practice. They onboard you to unpaid training right after interview which lasts 5 days. They then give you two exams: "pre-exam" and "final exam" but they never tell you that both are eliminatory so the are actually both final exams and you don't get a second chance. Even then, you are not guaranteed to get a job as you still have to pass trial period where you have to make one sale in 4 calls regardless of how well you conduct them. Nedless to say it looks like they don't want people to get hired rather then giving them a chance. At least then be transpsrent and don't waste their time and giving them falso hope as I wasted 2 weeks with them for nothing.
