Additionally, the experience of working for an international company provides valuable exposure to different markets and cultures.

The management, particularly those from the russian team, can be unprofessional at times. There's a lack of job security—during low seasons, they may cut your salary by half, move you to a lower-paying position, or even terminate your contract, regardless of how long you've been with the company.
