No pros from working here

No training process - no communication- no direction - no management involvement - no assistance to remote employees - management out for themselves - no work life balance because of managements hands off approach - harassment - employees are overworked, way under appreciated & way under paid. No growing opportunities - management told me I couldn’t promote from entry level. Not worth the experience, time or effort here. This company doesn’t set you up to see you succeed, they set you up to see themselves succeed - after they hire you, you’re on your own. Honestly - not worth the money. What an awful waste of time.

I did not perceive any pros in working here.

It is my opinion that advertising agencies are only as strong as their client base. I did not perceive the client base as strong. I perceive that this element was a relevant factor in my experience here. Performance feedback is limited. I did not receive a formal performance review during my time with the company.
