Micromanage A lot - Recensione dipendente - Operations Associate presso Kohl's

1) Whatever your job title is doesn’t matter, they are going to put you any and everywhere including the register. They don’t take in consideration that people apply for certain positions because they don’t want to be on the register. 2) When you are on the register they micromanage to the max, I’m guessing to make sure you are trying to get credit cards. I already knew how to use the register because I was returning. The lady kept walking up to the register asking the customers I already asked about the credit card and further upsetting them by keep asking, she is grabbing the bag trying to “help” bag stuff I’m in the process of bagging and she got the hint when I kept taking the bag away from her, like please leave me alone so I can do my job. What made me immediately resign was the manager, and I got the hint that they were going to schedule me to work every Saturday to work as a cashier, absolutely not; I didn’t apply to be a cashier! Especially, when there are a bunch of people on the floor that never goes to the registers when backup is called.
