I was given many opportunities to grow and learn new things.

- I was forced to take on things I was not qualified to do and criticized when they were not completed to an unspoken standard. - I experienced discrimination. - There was no accountability among leadership and therefore nothing every got done. - Leaders were two-faced and would bad mouth their employees to anyone that would listen.

I would like to provide additional context on our company culture and what motivates us to be the best-in-class workplace. We recognize that we are scaling our team and client base, and understand that we need to stay nimble and institute changes rapidly balancing this approach with a rewarding work experience. For some, these changes may be difficult to adjust to. At Kolar one of our core values is transparency, with clients and team members, so thank you for sharing your feedback.
