An example of this is when an employee of just a few months experienced personal issues requiring him to leave the country, our CEO personally stepped in to see how he could best support him. In the end he helped him secure a new job. Amid COVID, with employee safety at the forefront, we quickly transitioned to a fully remote work environment. To keep us connected, weekly virtual all-hands meetings were implemented to share what each team is working on and company updates. Other COVID related resources have been made available to us as well through our HR portal. Customers are highly valued and prioritized, too. Customer success is always top of mind, and customer feature and enhancement requests largely drive our product roadmap.
