Koombea is a great place to learn, grow and discover your place and interests as a professional, is really easy to feel comfortable, the HR team really knows how to surprise you from time to time to gifts and rewards for your efforts, and in general, if you land in an interesting project it can be a really fulling experience! where you can give your opinions, give ideas, and have a great learning experience in the process. One of the biggest downfalls of Koombea is the lack of leadership and career vision, once you have grown and learned all the possible things you could learn in the workspace is easy to feel trapped in the same circle, where the same management human mistakes are repeated in a loop, the lack of planning, internal team organization really can affect your performance as a professional. For a company that big, with that experience, you would expect a better internal organization, managing task and overall a more structured career path to help you grow in the company and do not feel like an asset but more like an important colaborator.
