This problem may be due to lack of proper employee training and discipline programs such as good motivational events, awards or simple department night out which can really help the employees bond and gives them chance to relive their stresses and enhance their performances for example. Company will need to seek more opportunities of promotions and events that would generate encouragement. Salary range for this company is generally on the mid to lower end compared to other comparable companies.
