Thanks for your honest review. We are doing our best to keep our vibrant culture. As for the pay, in May 2021 we did a benchmark of similar SD/UX companies and we increased our salaries according to the market. Diversity is a big topic in our current hiring process, we are proactively looking for a way to increase diversity in the team.
