Friendly coworkers and management is understanding if you have to call in sick or leave early as long as you do your job right. Also, you get free clothing every month as a promotion.

They need to hire more people to help out and because of this people tend to leave the job so the staff isn't consistent, except those who are at the top.

Monthly clothing allowance and great place to have your personal business shared.

Disrespectful to employees, unaccommodating, verbally abusive, constant berating of employees amongst others… the list goes on.
