We’ve made meaningful changes to how teams collaborate, how processes are designed, and how decisions are made, with a much stronger emphasis on empowering teams closest to the work to drive solutions and improvements. We’ve also invested heavily in operational structure, cross-functional alignment, and clearer accountability to create a more scalable and supportive environment.
