The company takes on interesting projects, and the team consists of passionate designers who can produce playful designs. Most designers are good at their job. But they also deserve better.

Most of the staff are seriously underpaid, and the new partners don’t really know how to manage things. They seem pretty clueless and don’t really care about the team. The company has a strong portfolio and markets itself well, but what goes on behind the scenes is way different from what they show. Like a lot of design companies, senior designers are always micromanaging, which just kills creativity. The content director has no idea how to actually develop content and has mostly gone MIA, and the creative director recycles old project ideas for new projects. They mostly depend on the staff to make the projects happen. Only a few senior designers are consistently delivering good work.

Great Location with Interesting Projects and Talented Designers. If you're Dutch it's a good company for you.
