I also want to acknowledge the concerns you’ve raised. We understand that pay is a crucial factor, and we recognise the need to stay competitive in the market. This is something we’re actively reviewing to ensure fairness and transparency across the board.
We’re also aware that clarity around benefits like our unlimited leave policy and private healthcare (which is available through a salary sacrifice scheme) could be improved. Your feedback has highlighted where we can do better in communicating this, and we’re taking that seriously.
To help address these concerns, we’re currently investing in manager training to ensure our leaders are better equipped to set clear expectations and communicate policies effectively.
