I have been at Kranz & Associates for over 5 years and have seen the company grow from 20 employee to now almost 80 employees. The growth is due to the quality of work life balance that Kranz & Associates offers. The typical 8hrs a day at an office is not the case here. As an Accounting Manager, I work with various clients at their offices and am able to set my schedule.
