- Training opportunities for both students and experienced staff - good investment in development - Good central location, but no staff parking so have to pay & park in local car parks, or park far away - Lots of great 'wellbeing' activities organised by each office, as well as office socials (like quiz and sports day) - Generally nice people in Horsham office (and a couple other offices I've visited)

- Could definitely improve core benefits - need to update these and make them more appealing especially for younger staff (also needs to be easier to manage as it's quite complicated) - Least 'human' HR team I've experienced (based on mine and others' recent experiences) - in fact they're the antithesis of what an HR Team should be and act like! HR team and people practices are not focused on staff at all - pretending to prioritise staff motivation, inclusion, retention and openness! Have their own agenda and definitely not 'living' the values of 'Be Human', 'Make it Personal' and 'Understand'.

As you know, it is extremely important to us to hear and understand our people’s experiences at work, being a Firm where feedback is embedded in our culture, we appreciate your perspective and take your feedback seriously. In relation to your comments on our Benefits offering, we have taken feedback from our employees through a Benefits survey conducted earlier on in the year to really understand what our people would like to see as part of a benefits package. We have committed to refreshing this and this will be rolled out in April 2025. We are proud to have a multitude of policies in place that actively promote equal opportunities, transparency, motivation and retention throughout our firm. We pride ourselves on living the values and integrating these into our workplace environment through our policies and procedures, so we are sorry to hear that you feel this way on an individual level. We continuously listen to our employees through various feedback channels; Managers and Partners operate an open door policy, questionnaires are conducted regularly regarding different topics along with working focus groups and forums where policies and initiatives are discussed and consulted before reaching final conclusions. Each year the firm conducts an Employee Engagement Survey where we take all feedback into consideration and act on making improvements. Due to your comments about the HR Team, may I suggest you set up a meeting with the firm’s HR Director so that you can provide some context and examples to enable your concerns to be addressed.

The firm offers a reasonable starting salary for trainees and provides generous study leave to support professional qualifications. Salary increases linked to exam passes are a positive incentive and help recognise progress towards qualification.

Svantaggi

The workplace culture suffers from low staff morale and a lack of professionalism in certain teams. Management can be unprofessional, and communication is often delivered in a confrontational manner rather than being constructive. Instances of bullying behaviour were not always addressed effectively, which contributed to a difficult and stressful working environment.
