The company has no clear goals or long-term direction. There is no proper planning, and it often feels like management does not know where the business is going. Most decisions are made by a small group of people who are close to the owners. Regular employees are not informed about what is happening, and there is no transparency. The CEO behaves unprofessionally. He can be rude, insult, and blame employees without fully understanding the situation. This creates a stressful and uncomfortable work environment. Directors travel often and appear to spend company money on their own needs instead of investing in the business or employees. Salaries are low, and there are no regular increases. Some employees have worked for many years (5-6 years) without any raise. At the same time, expectations are high, and people are asked to do a lot with very little support. Employees are often hired with promises of a stable, long-term position. In reality, many are hired for specific projects. When the project ends, the company may let them go, saying there are financial problems. There are also serious concerns about employment conditions. People may work under contract, but they are treated like full-time employees without the same level of security or benefits. From my experience, the company does not properly handle employee taxes. The company is unstable and poorly managed. It is surprising that it is still operating in this way. If you have other job options, it would be safer to consider them instead.

Bad pay - and don't be surprised if they negotiate it down when times get tough, and then never restore you to full pay. CEO belittles and insults hard-working staff members in companywide chat groups. He once spent a half-hour telling the entire staff that the only people in the company whose work was acceptable were people who had at some point reported to him directly and learned from him the right way to work. No one else in the company, he said, was any good at all. No promotions, no raises - just abuse.
