Too political. I am not naive, I know that is the way it's played, but this is ridiculous. Also, micromanagement has been taken to an all new level. Associates and Management are so worried about scorecards that customer service is an afterthought.

• Generally work with fantastic people. • Work is not difficult, and time flies when busy. • My bosses collaborated with me to create a schedule that worked, as I often had other commitments. • Overall, a pleasant work experience most days. Get good at what you do and you'll do fine.

Svantaggi

• Some of the senior management was less friendly than others - as to be expected. • Days were very volatile; some could be extremely easy, and others could be a nightmare. • Scheduling was kept rather limited; although I was able to get the hours I wanted, often times management would look to cut hours from departments whenever possible, leaving less support.
