Management is very dishonest at times. They are the personification of Dilbert, except that it's real life and they actually take themselves seriously. There are meaningless assignments to complete, they blatantly play favorites and go on power trips, they engage in hiring and termination practices that could be construed to be discriminatory. Management sometimes will "target" long term employees and "build a case" against them to try and terminate them. The job itself is great, but the environment is needlessly stressful.
