-management plays favorites, plagiarism and lying is overlooked with some employees -high turnover rate, most don't care to get to know "new" employees/coworkers because of ingrained "they-won't-be-here-long" mentality -some employees that have been there for a long time set bad example with lazy behavior, lack of respect for safety, bad/angry attitude, blatant disrespect for management, and/or being held to a separate standard -"us-vs-them" mentality with some management and supervisors -a "good ol' boy" mentality in some departments
