Great people here all around. Willing to spend time to teach you what you want to learn. The teams here are responsive; I had an easy time working with multiple teams for my projects.

None really. Only small issue I had was that the code reviews were slower than I had preferred. However, the cofounder addressed that issue to the whole company.

I think there are a lot of pros to working for Krux. I can't think of anything better than all of the people I work with. Regardless of department and location it seems like the overwhelming majority are passionate about what we do and excited about our potential as a company. I am always treated respectfully and fairly and have never once felt micromanaged here. The culture is great, we are constantly told to challenge the status quo and deliver on what we say we will do. People expect me to do my job and that is exactly what I want. Sure the food and snacks and benefits are great too, but no one stays at a job for that stuff, they stay because they love their job and that is why I am here. I have never had a problem getting time off to stay balanced as well.

We have growing pains like any start up. Sometimes it is hard to find proper documentation but there is no shortage of people willing to help find what I need to get.
