I truly had an amazing experience with this company after college. They really helped me grow into the marketing field. I never thought about doing sales before but it truly did help me get my foot in the door and was a wonderful resume builder!

I was fortunate to get another role that I was very passionate about thanks to my experience building at KULO so truly the only con is leaving the team culture

- knows how to optimize someone's skills and talents to get the most and for that person to make the most money - exciting place to work makes people want to do better in lifeIf you're given the opportunity.

- not very emotionally intelligent has a way of coaching that is counterproductive for example saying certain things that would hurt someone's confidence like calling someone a bum or failure at life. Can show favoritism to certain individuals and ethnic groups who fit their perfect image and if you don't, you're expected to conform if not, they will make it very difficult for you and try to muddy your image like being deceitful with numbers or try to portray someone like they didn't actually earn something. Says they're gonna do something and sometimes doesn't follow through the right way.
