-Fully remote (although at the time of this writing there were talks of having a work from office arrangement) -Competitive salary

-No clear strategy from the higher ups on where the business is heading. -No town halls for transparency on how the company is doing or things we could work out as an organization overall. The only town hall happens only when layoffs are announced. -We had no CTO, hence engineering department was in a complete mess. They might as well just hire engineers to freelance and not have anything sustainable to scale. -Had to log in our hours on each of our stories to have some sense of importance.
