The growth of the company is stalled due to a complete lack of direction and competence from the c suite. Key senior leaders have either been let go or left of their own accord several who were recruited from Zendesk. They are bleeding talent, and hiring do nothing managers. The current left over c suite have not been able to hit sales targets ever. Meanwhile companies like Sierra and Fin are eating their lunch. There is no future for you at this company.

- Smart, friendly coworkers - Lots of opportunity because people leave constantly. If you make it 6 months you'll probably be the most experienced person on your team. - Company appears to have money so is relatively stable for a startup

- By far the most turnover I've ever seen at a company. Part of this is the constant firings done in secret. But it's also from people quitting because of how bad this place is. - Arbitrarily set and unattainable deadlines. Everything is always code red and always urgent. - No work life balance - Platform and product is bad, but there's no time focused to fixing it because we're always pushing new AI slop projects - Negative future outlook for the company. Business is going downhill and the founders are grasping at straws to find something that sticks. - Engineering has a lot of issues, so we re-org to pretend they don't exist. - Leadership perpetuates a negative culture. Employees are afraid to speak up. Expect to be Slack deactivated if you do. - Lack of accountability from management - Low pay for the stress
