Every week you don't know if you will get your wages. Kuti's Brasserie has really good reputation in southampton but most customers notice the waitor & staff change every week. Owner Kuti Miah takes two weeks wages as deposit. When you leave you don't get paid your wages. He don't pay holiday pay either or pay pension. He puts you onto his accountant Bob who is part of the scam to not pay employees. Be very careful about going to work at Kutis, such shame this southampton restaurant is run like this. Staff also don't get to keep the tips. Owner Kuti takes the tips every week but says on menu staff get the tips. Everything is a lie here.
