Salary Structure: KRH Company does not offer salary increments based on the initial joining salary, regardless of the duration of employment. Medical Insurance Coverage: Employees are provided medical insurance for health issues. Medical claim amount won't reach the employees. Medical Expenses and Employment Status: In the event of hospitalization, all medical expenses are deducted from the employee's salary. If an employee is deemed medically unfit for work, their employment will be terminated, and medical expenses will be deducted from their final settlement. Travel Benefits: The company does not provide flight tickets for employees. Dining Facilities: The quality of the provided food is unsatisfactory. Employee Benefits: Employees working at KRH projects do not receive any additional allowances or benefits.
