Full of micromanagement & hypocricy by the management. They won't even realize it to change that. No work culture as such. Plug in spend 8 hours and make sure your screen time is not less than that.
People "quit" or are let go very often, there is a change every few months.

Work and overall compensation are great. Management provides great feedback and learning sessions on a regular basis and also listens to the needs of the employees, especially when it comes to improving the company’s overall process.
They provide complete work flexibility and put importance on the work output instead of irrelevant work metrics. Management also continuously improves our work process, tools and SOPs for us to have a seamless work environment.
A company that truly values the employee's hard work and dedication.
