Your not micro-managed and can work on your own from day to day. They play Pandora where you can listen to music all day while working. The products do a lot and are fun to work on if your into automation.

The owners are family members and fight a lot which bleeds down the employees. Dave (owner) is a loose cannon and selects favorites who he is friendly with, but treats everyone else like they don't exist. He also has gone on firing rampages without reasonable cause, I saw a few good employees fired that didn't warrant it. Dave feels like people need him, but he doesn't need employees. They almost never hold up to anything they promise you. I always expected nothing to happen when promised. If you accept a job there be sure to buddy up with management or you will be walking on eggshells.

poor management, poor 'HR', nepotism, clearly cares for certain type of people, low balls pay, never expect to be more then your position, favoritism, no inclusion, won't change or adapt to change but demands it, no accountability, finger pointing, supervisors think low of thier men, gossip, if you don't belong to the "IN" crowd you will never be.
